It would be run by me, however I feel that particular day. The laws will be convenient for me on a day to day basis and everyone else will just have to cope with it . I am everything that has to do with anything important in this country. I would soon then adopt North Korea's constitution to the liking.

I could see myself founding a country but I suppose it'd span over a small group of islands. I just woke from a nap so I feel like I'd never be energetic enough to establish a proper government and keep it going though. Ask me after I ate something.
