Just did this and was wondering what else I could do to improve my art. Any applications to use for art on a Mac? Don't be afraid to criticise, I'm all ears.

I didn't see what you did, I think that you forgot to add a link or something.

But concerning applications and programs for art on computer, I would recommend Photoshop or Gimp (this one is a free program).

For art tutorials you can find a lot of things here: http://art-tutorials.tumblr.com/ and http://www.deviantart.com/resources/tutorials/
