Definitely a Cyclops doing jumping jacks while holding the letters a and b in his hands.

They haveth arrived! As for your question...
It's obviously an intersection with two possible routes, the black dot symbolizing a person standing by the roadside pondering which pathway to choose.

Sorry, you got a punch in the face. And I expected you to give the right answer.

Aw man, not even a T-shirt? Well then, how about the more probably guess: it's a mathematical formula.

If you make a joke out of the image, you have a chance to win a T-shirt saying "This person's smart" with an arrow pointing up.

I'm afraid that's also incorrect. It's actually a basic geometrical term, the relation of two lines passing straight and forming a ri...
Whoops, that's too much help. Can you guess it now?

But I did make a joke. :/ Not good enough apparently!

..ght angle? :P It's already been mentioned though. Wonder what the special prize was?

Yeah, it was. But Nor didn't mention how the term is called.
Wonder what the special prize was?
It's secret.

A 90 degree angle
Two insulating plates and a charged sphere whose radius is Negligible.

Pokemon A and B.

It's Cartesian plane - a plane belonging to Cartesian.

I think it's amusing that Pokemon has had to revert to the male and female chromosomes for it's games now.

You do realize that Pokémon X, Pokémon Y and the probably later coming Pokémon Z in addition to the DNA stuff also stand for the 3D coordinates as this generation is the first to go full 3D and thus make absolute sense? And they didn't have to "revert" to the chromosomes, technically the naming after colours stopped in Generation 2 already.

Everything's chromosomes in the end baby.

i saw two perpendicular lines labelled with 'a' and 'b', dividing the picture into four quadrants. there was a quarter of a circle on the upper right quadrant and a black dot inside the region enclosed by the lines and the arc.

The arc and the dot means that the labeled angle equals ninety degrees.
And, because my hand got tired of punching you guys in the faces, I'm just going to tell you the right answer.
The right answer is that the lines a and b are forming a right angle, which means that they are in an ORTHOGONAL relation. That's how the term is called. Haven't any of you studied basic geometry at school? Tisk, tisk, tisk.
No one got the secret prize, but Makakaov and chupacabras89 have won a T-shirt.

orthogonal=perpendicular
these two terms are interchangable when describing geometrical figures.
i would not use the word orthogonal because it usually has other meanings in linear algebra.

@Amaranthus You really think that's funny?

That's right, but when it comes to geometry, it's the same thing. Did someone mention algebra here?

no. i said linear algebra, not just algebra, especially when i am talking about a vector space with an inner product structure.
you may have the chance to learn all these a few years later if you are going to study at university.
