Not all vegetarians are vocal about their beliefs. What I find depressing is that they are in a bit of a lose lose situation when it comes to telling people why they are veggie, because on the one hand they don't want to be preachy but on the other hand I think that people would change their dietary behaviour if they actually knew how fundamentally fucked up the meat industry was.

I'm a vegetarian, and I don't think it somehow makes me morally superior, or healthier, you fucking idiot. I do see why you have this opinion about vegetarians/vegans, though, considering a lot of us are fucking morons who go on about "Meat is murder", and demand that anyone who eats meat should have their testicles roasted on a spit, and all of that bullshit. I mean, look, we have the correct digestive system, and the correct teeth for ripping apart flesh, so what's the big fucking deal? My cat kills mice, birds, and other animals when he goes outside, because he likes to eat them, and I see no difference between this, and people farming cattle. I just don't desire to eat it myself, because the concept of eating flesh doesn't appeal to me, at all, and it never has.

May I also add, meat is a lot more expensive than pasta, cheese, fruit, etc, so I can live a cheaper lifestyle eating foods that I like, and I see no problem with the way I live my life, what so ever.
