I'll kick us off with a huge classic. DOOM. It is basically the FPS most people think of when you mention 90's, FPS, or kickass games. The gore was just awesome for the time and letting us go to Hell is pretty damn awesome.
Couldn't agree more! Though you forgot to mention the fact that it pretty much revolutionized the FPS genre, and managed to create a visual 3D environment using techniques like fake 2D sprites on enemies that constantly rotated to face you when you tried moving around them. All levels were built in a single layer as well, even though they looked all but plain. Pretty amazing techniques at the time...
So what do you guys think are some classic PC games?
I'll say Worms, as an early 2D turn-based strategy game, and Liero as an early 2D real-time strategy game, both of them paving the way for future games within that genre. Also Oni, still the only game I've tried that really perfected a hand-to-hand and regular long-range weapon combat system.

nobody remembers exhumed, or as it's called in the USA: POWERSLAVE
Nope, never heard of it. Looks like a hybrid of Doom and Serious Sam though, also seems like it's abandonware now so I might give it a shot...

Pinball(Win XP). I think I lost at least 2 weeks of my childhood plaing it.
Haha, now that's a surprise classic. :D I think Pinball was included with ME and NT too, I remember playing it plenty back then.
