Hello.
I have been drawing and animating for four years and I never got the opportunity to receive feedback, except, of course, from my friends who don't know anything about this. They just say, like, "OMG thats gr8" and there's the full stop.
I will post stuff to this thread hoping that it will get some valuable advice on improving. So, here's this:

They're two walk cycles I've made today. The first one is a guy walking in a pajama bottom. And the second one is deliberately made goofy. Heh, I know the second one doesn't even look like a walk, I just tried to mess around with it.

The first one is really smooth and the second one moves kinda slow but when he swings back he goes way to fast for how slow he is walking.

As I mentioned, the second one is deliberately made goofy. But yeah, you're right that people, in real life, don't do fast and slow actions at the same time.
Here's a combination of a blue ball and a gun:

Something I don't like about this one is that minor smoke that appears when the hand pulls the trigger. I had to re-do it five times and it always looked bad.

The minor smoke doesn't bother me that much but it should show for a little longer. Why does the ball and the gun just linger there for a few seconds and then just go off screen? Seems kinda odd.

Because they're in the experimental zone - an area where anything may happen for the sake of practicing.
Have a head turn in the meantime:

I like the way the face looks. The mouth specifically looks cool when he is looking towards the right. I'd love to see this a bit more detailed.

Yeah! I like the shadows and the simple look of him.

I like the nose, it seems to be an important part of the style he's drawn in.

Your movements seem to be very inhuman. That can be good and bad depending on situation. Also I feel like you might be lazy on details, which will translate in your animation later on. Make sure to keep up details c:

Please explain what you mean by this.

Details on frame by frame animation? No thanks. Details are more suited for static elements in animation (e.g. backgrounds).
If someone tends to animate everything with tweens, I'd advise him to add some details for a nicer result, although I don't find that necessary. You don't need details to tell what's going on, ye?
Got bored again so here's another thing:
