Hello, I wanted to make a movie clip so it would make the vision with blurry intervals to create tension.
How would I have to make that? I want it specificly in a movie clip for the title screen.

unfortunately that kind of video editing takes a lot of system resources & you won't be able to pull it off unless you have a high-end rig with the latest hardware

Assuming you're talking about Flash, you can make a vcam that can move around the scene and focus like a real camera.

if you want to risk it then i'm in no position to say that you can't. if you smell something burning while video editing turn your pc off immediately to save as much of your hardware as possible
