Madness animators.... I wish to make madness animation like you guys but sadly, there are certain characters I want to include but not available in the sprite source....

I want to know what appilcation or how do you create your own characters that regular sprites haven't offered yet...

it would be helpful too if you can make sprites for me.. I am rather of an idea guy than an artist
