Don't know how I can answer this.
I have no experience with death and no knowledge of what it feels like, therefore I can't compare death to life (which to me has been quite a struggle).

Death does not feel like anything because it is nothing. Therefore you can compare them because life is something, and death is nothing. Life is not eternal, death is eternal. Except for when we have the second big bang which is when the universe retracts and time goes back until we come back to the first big bang.
