I know at this point it's pretty much getting repetitive to moan about the redesigns on youtube since they have been continuously bad for a long time now, but this one sticks out as being nothing but an annoyance, taking away that tad bit more of convenience from the site.
As seen below, while in the past you used to be able to click to change the window size from just a single click on videos, now you need to click into the options, then click again after moving the mouse a tad. Was it just a little bit, too convenient, in the past? Can't really see what they were going with on this change, it didn't exactly take up space on the empty line.
Yet another pointless change causing more effort ahoy. Guess I'll make another thread in a few months on the next.
also was going to crop out the video content but noticed some was going to remain partly visible through the option window so decided to save people with too much time on their hands the effort of finding out what the video entailed if it would have provided some humour, so you can thank me for remaining dull and uninteresting.

I really fucking hate it that YouTube won't remember the player size. I don't want it to be big as fuck because 144p, 244p, or 360p look like shit upscaled to that level. 144p and 240p already look like shit upscaled to the small player. You know a website is total shit when you have to use userscripts to make it usable.

Yeah, it sucks. YT has been getting worse and worse over the past couple of years, and it's the same thing with the new Gmail layout. Now you have to scroll to the bottom of a message to view attachments, click twice to open up formatting, click twice to see email addresses in a message, click twice to change your address; click an en extra time to view an old message. They aren't making things easier. :(
YouTube really started going downhill once Google bought it and started attempting to assimilate all YouTube fans into their ruthless empire. For me, the main annoyances started when I had to sign in with my Google password, Google+ and the endless redesigns and ruining my channel set-ups twice a year.

I got pissed when I found out that they moved the "Hide annotations" button in the settings button, you have to do it for every single video now
Can't help that if you live in A world superpower and have at least a pretty good job, there aren't really any real problems to deal with
It's so fucking annoying when finding how to hide annotation... Fuck you Youtube. And the ads are getting more and more annoying. I want to support the users, but the ads... I gonna leave Adblock Plus on for whole time, from now on...

The only thing that youtube has fixed over the years is playlists
Youtube had it right in 2007, everything was perfect then, it's been going steadily downhill since about late 2009 early 2010, hell, I haven't made a video since April, which says a lot since I used to have weekly content.

You're among the minority, the redesigns are fucking awful, each and every one of them. The site gets clunkier each time and by the time you're starting to get used to the redesign, they went and change it.
I wouldn't be surprised if the site one day commits suicide.

The simple fact is that some people will never be happy, no matter how good their lives are.

Let's talk about how fucking annoying the fact is that clicking the screen once makes the video pause and clicking it twice gives it full screen, every time i press pause and play close to each other i get full-fucking-screen.

Neither would I. At the pace they're going I wouldn't be surprised if they had a redesign that made it almost impossible to navigate through the site within the next few years.

Youtube has become like Chinese water torture. You don't know when the next drip of water is going to come, but it will and even though it might be small it will drive you crazy.
Youtube keeps forgetting I don't want to see captions, annotations, and I want the player size to ALWAYS be the larger one and be on 480p at least. It doesn't want to go to HD even when I go into fullscreen which I have it set to do, and god forbid it buffer the video.
I wonder when the replacement video hub will come (I doubt Newgrounds is going to)?! Hopefully in that new hub we also don't give praise to 3 minute gameplay video creators like Seananners...and especially Pewdiepie.

The only way to access it is through the "Video Manager" page. I don't see any other way with the current design.
