1. If you don't know the french language, DO NOT move to Quebec or close to it's border, such as Ottawa. If you hope to get a good job here, you need to be able to speak french...especially management and government jobs. Without french, you will not get far; unless you run your own business.
Otherwise move anywhere from western Ontario(Toronto) to western Canada(Vancouver). French isn't required in those provinces.

Quebec latest Charter of Value is a piece of shit. They want people to integrate? Look at themselves, did they even integrate to the rest of Canada? They want to ban religious wears to stuff? Look at that giant fucking big cross in Montreal?
The French in Canada are mostly retarded and hypocrisy.
Why are people in quebec so obsessed about a specific language though? French, English, Japanese... same fucking shit except for that you express yourself in different styles. Don't like, all the people, in Canada speak english decently? Correct me if I am wrong, I don't know anything about that place except for that I know that they also speak french.

Canadians have to know French as well just in case English words start to manifest into a virus that drives people mad and makes them attack people.
This guy will tell you.

These are people who refuse to speak English (or they know but just insi not to speak):
Chinese immigrants, Thunder Bay Finns and The Québécois(e). The Chinese immigrants are the worst. They trade stuff right in the heart of Toronto but barely speaking any polite English at all. Then us, most Finns in Thunder Bay are prefer to speak Finnish in their home turf. I grew up speaking Finnish and Swedish more than English, which cost me a lot (my grammars haven't improved much). Finally we have the Frenchies, who fucking narcissistic forcing other to speak French and discriminate those who's not Québécois(e).
That ain't advice its common sense. Even though its not required in other territories you should learn it moving to canada anyways.
I like hockey and being heavily medicated.

Is freedom like a punchline or something, or does it actually have meaning?
