Obama has a Nobel Prize that he was awarded in 2009...

...a Nobel Peace Prize.

the nobel peace prize is awarded to "those who have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses."

...so I guess you can get Nobel Prizes for making empty promises, and then doing the opposite.

So, what're we talking about here?

He's a half-black half-white Anti-war American President who aims to uphold moral principles living in a country with a history of starting wars to protect business profits, enslaving & hanging & beating black people, and promised to end Anerica's two wars, offshore torture prison, and domestic spying program.

What he had when he entered office was a crashed economy, the biggest debt in history, and more. All he's done in that regard was reduce the deficit, install a Healthcare system, and reduce the barrier to entry for welfare.

His actions with respect to Guantanamo Bay, Iraq, and Afghanistan have amounted to the elimination of Advanced Interrogations for prisoners, raised standards of living, allowing prisoners access to Lawyers, reductions of troops, enormous troop reductions in Iraq, and an increased use of Drone strikes in Middle Eastern countries.

With the NSA, he and a team of analysts decided the tools were important enough for MilInt to keep around, but he allegedly 'expanded the FISC oversight'.
