platforming game idea... need help

pretty simple stages at the moment... i have an idea for a game... i am a graphic designer, so plan on creating all the artwork myself.

I am looking at creating an Android/IOS platform game that would take elements of 'Vector' mixed with 'Altered Beast' ...but with some very unique gameplay options...

I plan on it being aimed more toward children and people with disabilities but at the core of it is a kind of game I have always wanted to play myself :)

I have obviously never done this before, but I am more than keen to create this and i am open to opinions and advice.

I am looking for someone to help with the coding, programming side of things (the true hard work) ...i am very realistic, and understand how N00By this may sound... but i am ok with being laughed at for the sake of the greater good.
