My apologies.
I remember coming home and seeing the two burning buildings on TV. That's as far as my then kingdergardener memory goes.
Just chillin' like always.

I was in third or fourth grade. I don't think they stopped school for it but I remember kids talking about it during the morning. We didn't take it very seriously, I vaguely remember this one girl named Nikki talking to me about it while we were lined up at the front of the classroom to go somewhere. I think most of the kids there just thought it was interesting that something so big was going on in the news.
I remember it, all I remember is two burning towers on TV, and thinking "Why are they showing American news in Britain?" I clearly had no idea what was going. I thought it was some news on a movie.
I got Tom to make a sig, bow down to me.
I think I was either in my first year of middle of last years of elementary school. I did not know what was going on but I knew it was something big. Only now a days I can feel the full impact of that tragic time.
That though, was just a setback. The brightest future blooms from the darkest past.

I remember coming home and my Mom was crying and I was like "What happened mom?" and she said something like "They crashed airplanes into these buildings in new york" or something like that, and I didn't think of it much. I thought it was an accident. Back then I thought Downtown in my town was New York and I thought the Suntrust Center was the Twin Towers, so I was very surprised to see it still standing after the fact
I vaguely remember seeing something on TV, my mom crying and calling my dad at work to make sure he was okay, because he worked in NYC.

Considering I was 3 years old and I don't remember shit from when I was that young, no, I don't remember 9/11.

I wasn't told what was going on, so it was a normal, forgettable day for me.
Later in life I asked my mom where we were that day. Apparently she saw it on the news, but chose to listen to it on the radio instead, so as not to scare me and the three girls she babysat everyday. My father came home from work early to check on us all and that was that.
Yeah I remember it. Mainly because all the kids in my school were forced to come back inside after the first plane hit.
The teachers thought that for SOME REASON terrorists would come to the middle of nowhere in Illinois and dive bomb outside a school -_-
And thats pretty much the only reason why I remember it.
Never forget...uh, what am I supposed to remember?
Ignore this signature.
All I do remember was that it was late at night, the TV was showing buildings been blown up and then there were loads of politicians and stuff for a bit then we went to war with Afghanistan and terrorists.

I was shit scared when i was 6 and kept saying "mama?" all day long(my mom worked at ESPN zone and thats in manhattan). also tried to call "brocolli" (brooklyn, my cousins lived there).
I wasin the eight grade. I went to a catholic school, so they brought us all to the church to tell us about it. They announced that there had been an attack on our country and that we were being sent home early to be with our families.
I shit you not, everyone cheered.
Kids are fucking stupid. Half of my class thought it was Canada for some reason.
oh I do remember it. i remember that day quite well.
i was a freshman in high school, we just finished an assembly where we had the most awesome motivational speaker; i remeber at one point he yelled "DON'T BE A CHICKEN, BE AN EAGLE" or something. well, after that assembly, i had to go to another assembly and this was the most boring assembly ever, it was about the kinds of diplomas you can get and how many credits were required and what classes we had to take or something, i zoned out quite a lot. then someone came in and said "I just heard that some planes crashed into the World Trade Center." At first, I didn't think much of it other than, "oh shit, hope everything's alright" but when I returned to class my teacher had the televison on and it was much worse than I thought. we stayed glued to the TV until we had to go to our next class.
then, during that next hour, some jerk called in a bomb threat and the whole school was evacuated to the football field. i had to sit to near some idiot who was shouting "SHOW ME YOUR TITS." at every girl he saw. the country was just attacked, someone threatened to bomb the school, and that's how he copes. after the police searched the school, they found nothing and let us back in, and it was fairly uneventful for the rest of the day.

You're supposed to remember the day that an American trained coca-cola investor, and freedom fighter, launched a 'terrorist attack', killing about 2,000 people, that started 12 years of war and hundreds of thousands of deaths in an effort to make the Middle East more accepting towards Israel.
Oh yeah, I totally remember how a tragedy was grossly overblown and practically used as propaganda to fight a war that ended up killing more civilians than it saved.
With all due respects to the people who lost their lives in that absolutely unfortunate series of events; fuck you and go fuck yourselves bush administration.
I was in grade 3, we were watching it on TV in the classroom
I don't really remember it, but I remember my class stopping for some reason that was important. We had to listen to the PA give out an announcement and learn what happened.
