3.93 / 5.00 4,634 ViewsHey guys, I'm looking for an animator that I can write for. I usually have creative ideas, and can almost always think of something off the top of my head, and I want to put them to use. I'm really interested in writing, and I would love to write scripts and stories for animations.
I'll be straight forward, I know how to cater to an audience, and I know that I can make people laugh.
It's not something that's by any means worth flaunting, but I think it's worth mentioning: I run a goofy niche audience character/gimmick twitter account that has gone from being an inside joke among friends, to nearly 1,000 followers. To me, all that means is 900+ people laugh at the stuff I think is funny.
If you want to get in contact with me, PM me here and I'll give you my Skype and we can talk there. I'm not looking for an incredible animator. If you can put something together that looks funny, I'm interested.
Write some scripts and see if anyone is interested after that.

Good idea. Should I just post them here? Or would you suggest showing them to the people that PM me/add me on Skype.
Wrote this up in about an hour, let me know what you think.
Lol, there we go. That's very good.
Now you've got something to show. Maybe post more works as they come in this thread and animators will check it out.
I mean it would probably be better suited in the writing thread, is what a mod would say. But as an animator, can't imagine a time I've checked the writing thread for a writer.
Best of luck dude!
Maybe you'll write something that I'd like to animate sometime.

Thanks man, appreciate the kind words. I'll check out the writing thread.
