Looking for a Team

I'm a programmer looking for a small team of people to help work on future games. I need an artist, music producer, voice actor and sound producer who's willing to work with me on future projects. I have multiple projects planned; Wanted (shooting/survival/rpg game), Improbable 2 (platforming game) and Space Cats (survival game for a competition). Whatever game the majority of people want to make will be worked on first. I haven't got a great portfolio but I think it's good enough.
