Might it be a little too easy? I visit the portal almost every day and I noticed the change right away... but the list is now shorter than it's been in years... However the rules are adjusted, I think there should usually be at least 10 submissions under judgement. Not always - there's quiet periods in the day anyways.

I noticed that yesterday there were only seven flashes that were blammed out of dozens of submitted ones! I don't think everything is that high in quality and we're probably just getting used to using this new system. Hopefully, it will manifest better. As a frequent reviewer, it's nice to see these changes.

As I recall the number of votes required before a submission passed or failed judgment was at one point increased because certain crews were coordinating among their members to vote a submission as good and worth keeping even if it was of poor quality. Glad to see that this apparently is no longer an issue to deal with.

Now that I think about it, it's probably not as good as I originally thought it. I noticed that there used to be dozens of things on the portal and I could at least find something I could blam but now it's harder. Yeah, if it's not made by a favorite author and it has yet to gain any popularity, it's hard to really like something that much.
