Your save game data is stored on your computer or in your ng account, not your browser.

I understand about clearing your cache and all, and now the submissions work, but there are several submissions that are giving me this error ( in the picture ). Thing is I don't have a touch screen and I have no idea what a Unity3D plugin is and why I have to have it to load up any of the games it pops up on.

Say, I've been having trouble with the music player lately. Linked thumbnails like you get on the forums work but on the actual music page it won't load. No disc graphic, nothing. I've tried clearing my cache but that hasn't worked. I couldn't say if it's related to this. I've tried firefox and safari.

Sometimes I think NG needs a changelog or version number... at least that annoying, slightly-brighter bar, isn't across the top part of the screen (still is on the Shop NG/Art/Movies/Games/Audio/Collections(Channels) pages). Same thing happened after the redesign to some folks, but came back kinda recently (FF 23.0.1, WINXP) And yeah, I cleared the cache :)

It's more or less as safe as Flash, except it's a 3D game engine. Will allow you to run games made in Unity (3D game creation software) in your browser.

I have no idea what that means. What were the benefits of updating your core js?

It was a sort of catch-22... There was a bug with our Unity 3D plugin detection, so if someone checked that their game required the plugin, the game wasn't available to ANYONE. The fix for that is what caused cached page views to load weird, people just needed to update to the latest js. We also did that renaming thing later in the day so that hopefully has helped.

Try clearing your cache, then closing and re-opening your browser.

If it still doesn't work, try loading it in a different browser or incognito mode in Chrome - is it working there?

The reference to the touch screen is a bug, it's just tagging along with the Unity notification. Also we need to be giving links to download the Unity plugin there - it's on the todo list. You can download it here!

i cleared my cache, and i did the ctrl+shift+delete thing, but the problem remains.
i use an internet explorer browser, and despite deleting/clearing all of my cache, the movies are still not displayed (or, in many cases, they are displayed in the far left of the screen, making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to view a movie, or to play a game.)

can you help me, admins/tom/wade?

this was a bad update, in my humble opinion.

Which version of IE? I just tried in IE and it worked, although it did take a while before it popped in since it had to load the new javascript.

to show you my problem with more details, here i will show you 2 screenshots, one of a movie, and one of a game,
and it proves, that it's IMPOSSIBLE to play a game, or to see a movie in NG while using internet explorer.

-note: i deleted my cache 3 times.
