Ayoo,

I've posted the same thing here before. Looking for a skilled animator, someone who is disciplined and does not suddenly stop(Pretty much what I've experienced 4 times now).

I do pay you a fair amount of money when the work is DONE. I do not want to end up without anything again. Gonna keep it fairly short, as a too long message is boring.

Requirements:
-Disciplined worker
-Skype
-Patience
-Being able to stick to a deadline, even tho far away

What is the project?:
A fairly big, and then I mean much bigger than anything on NG, music project. It's the release of an album.
What I require the animator to do is creating a 3,5 minutes long animation. It doesn't have to be in sync with the music, just need to stick to a plan. Taking away fairly alot of work.

It's good that you're prepared to pay the animator. But, no professional animator has the time to animate for you without being paid throughout the process. Even if it's in checkpoints. Storyboard done *get some money* Rough is done *get some money*
People gotta live, unless you're cool with it taking a seriously long time. Or on the other hand the quality will suffer with a younger inexperience animator. I'm not sure what your expectations are, maybe you could make that clear for us in your response to this.

I do have what you require but you see, we need to know how much are you willing to pay for this skilled one, I have many projects booked, they all have good budgets, but if your project is interesting, i'm willing to lose few more $, you can post a picture or link a video what kind of quality you are expecting. then i'll provide my closest work to your requirement.
