Once you put a game up with ads can you redistribute it? And if so could you also use mochi ads on others sites?

I believe you can host a game wherever you like, unless your sponsor prohibits so.
Mochi tools, Newgrounds ads and everything else should work anywhere, not just on Newgrounds or Mochi sites. Anywhere.
