Although 4 was fairly shit and Reach was somewhat of a letdown for me; I have a soft spot for the Menu music in almost EVERY Halo game.

Whenever I bought a new one, I would listen to the music on the Menu. That is what I would say is a pro about Halo in general is it's great orchestral pieces.

4's Menu Music is one of my favorites. However #1 is a tie between Deliverance from Halo 2 and Unforgotten/Never Forget from 2 and 3 respectively.

It's odd, but my favorite menu song has always been from Army Men Sarge's Heroes for the N64.

TimeSplitters 2 has a very unique and alien feel to it that I can't help but love. Same with Future Perfect, to an extent, but that's mostly nostalgia talking.
I also have a soft spot for Brink's Security and Resistance menu themes.

Sonic 3, anyone? Aside from the music itself, I was always intrigued by the Easter egg that occurs after listening to the song for 45-50 minutes.

For me it's definitely RE4's menu screen music, it's so harmonic.

I've always loved the rocking riff that played in the options menu of Sonic Spinball:

The Dragon's Dogma title music really took me by surprise... Booted up the game for the first time, and was like... "Awww... this is nice..."

Then the song kicked in and I was like, "Holy shit, this is awesome!"

I'd reference Fallout 2's but that is basically a "A Kiss to Build a Dream On" Performed by Louis Armstrong, and that isn't fair.

Main menu? FFX, Kingdom Hearts, and Threads of Fate come to mind.

I hate 4's menu music. For me, the best is Halo 3 but I really liked Reach as well. The menus in 4 are all so bland, Halo Reach's felt more lively, nothing can beat the majesty of Halo 3 though.

I always thought the menu music to Virtua Racing was pretty awesome, even though it is just like a 15 second loop...

Persona 4 Arena has like four of them. No wait, 5.

Fighting games tend to have great menu themes. Like Street fighter X tekkens menu theme.

Even the shitty ones have good menu music.

Anyway, prelude is usually the menu theme for FF remakes. It was the menu theme for 4, dissidia, and war of lions I think.

Actually, fuck my other choices, I completely forgot about the menacing epicness that is Metal Gear Solid 1's menu theme like a dildo.
