Locking Topics 2013-08-19 02:03:53

I've been browsing and posting stuff on the NG forums, and it seems like one of my topics and a few others have been locked. I kept going through and I see topics that should be locked. Question is: how do you lock topics? is there a certain requirement?

moderators lock threads if they break the rules

Only BBS mods and admins can lock topics.
