Want To Buy A Game For A Website

Hello
I am from Turkey and i want to make an website.

First project:
And i search for a football game, but just a penalty game for registered users .( An online penalty game)
Two online players match each other in the site and they shoot between them.
Who wins take the point, take the place in rankings

Second project:
just one player plays against the computer ,player can only shoot nine directions , goal keeper can save the goal just in two directions but player can not see it,it will happen randomly. If goal happens player win point, and it will be again and again until goal keeper save the goal , again in here there will be rankings

I need a registration system ,rankings, may be the game will be avaiable for iphone and android-google play

This is the first step ,i am waiting for your answer

Why would you want a ranking system for random events?

I don't know what to make of this thread. If you're looking to make a game with someone else, try our collaboration board. I'm not sure if you'll be able to just buy one, though.
