I'm not sure if this question has been asked elsewhere, and if it has, please redirect me.

Can Flash Ads be approved after the publication of a movie? Must an animator wait for his flash to be approved before he can publish said movie? Thank you!

I'm pretty sure they can be approved post-publish; the reason most wait to publish until the movie to is approved is because the 200-400 views from the UJ page can be a huge chunk of their overall views.
