Yes, the non-commercial aspect of the CC BY-NC-SA licence that Newgrounds uses can be disregarded (with the author's permission), essentially putting the work under a new licence (law students correct me if I'm spouting nonsense, I'm just saying this out of experience as an audio moderator).
On-topic, I would love if you used my work. What kind of music are you looking for? Feel free to check out the playlists of my best work, although here are some highlights:
Anyway that's probably enough. If you're not interested in my music, tell me what kind of music you need and I'll probably be able to find tracks by other people in the Audio Portal for you.
Thanks for the links, I will use [Encapsulation] in my next video that lasts for the same duration as the song, to test if linking to this page is enough evidence to keep youtube happy. If not you may have to make a statement on this page like "I give youtube user Jessiehealz permission to commercially use my music from this site, new grounds, under the rules of CC3 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/)" lol.
But I will let you know if youtube is giving me troubles, it has done countless times in the past :/, anyways the type of music I'm looking for is hard to describe really, sort of relaxing, DnB, steady, trance. A lot of music I'm currently using is by Dj Saryon & Sory - http://www.jamendo.com/en/artist/4347/dj-saryon-sory
Anything like that is suitable.
Oh and preferable duration is around 5min - 7min as that this the most common duration of my videos but sometimes longer or shorter are still good, thanks again. :)
