On the off chance that you're being serious, we can't tell what a man born a few millennial ago that we know almost nothing about would have thought about would have thought about American politics.
My guess is that he would be extremely conservative by modern standards though.

oh yeah, I'm SO sure Jesus would have voted for a party with a pro abortion stance...
I'll tell you what Jesus would do, he would do that Jesus did best, go out in the streets, help the poor, heal the sick, preach his message and rebuke both political parties for their selfishness.
I'm not crazy, everyone else is.

I always wondered if Jesus would actually be petty disgusted and ashamed about what Christianity has grown to represent since his time. Like how many wars and corrupted agendas it has propped up.

I'm sure that Jesus would vote however YOU imagine he would vote, Any Christian. After all, he is your imaginary friend who serves as a justification for whatever worldview you choose to subscribe to.

I have a hard time imagining Jesus identifying with either big political party, possibly because the majority of politicians in both parties only care about their own interests, not the interests of the people. If He got into politics, he'd make his own party.

And there are people who don't believe in Jesus who find other means of justifying whatever worldview they choose to subscribe to. Your point, sir?

My point is that arguing over which modern political party or ideology a quasi-mythological, ancient Middle-Eastern prophet would subscribe to is about as intellectually stimulating as arguing over who would win in a fight between Superman and Batman.

Jesus would've voted for a third party. Maybe for Ross Perot.
Need some music for a flash or game? Check it out. If none of this works send me a PM, I'm taking requests.

He couldn't have killed too many like what a lot of communits do like Mao and Stalin, at least not directly.
Thomas Jefferson agreed with Jesus' political views (could you even call them that?) so I guess in the strictest sense, he's a Democrat or a Democratic-Republican as was Jefferson's official status.

Treating everyone the same =/= communism. Making everyone the same would be closer, but I doubt Jesus would have seen any utopian solution in government rather than religion.

I would highly doubt that Jesus would be political by any stretch of the imagination, considering that both sides of the political spectrum would have things that he would disagree with. Not to mention he would be viewed as some sort of hippie look-a-like who lives in a commune, who simply talks about peace and love all day, which people seem to dismiss.
It's kind of funny how 2,000 years can change a philosophy and a person to something that would be far different from what they would've been in the past.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

Liberals and conservatives didn't even exist back in those days, but there were still political affiliations, which I imagine have been around since the dawn of mankind. In fact, businesses weren't even invented until the 5th century, but actual market consumerism has been around since the 2nd century, probably even further back than that.

no he wouldnt. looking at textbooks and the bible, He wouldn't just act like a huge dick to people. Heck, the only time he's ever had a public out burst was when he flipped tables in anger cuz merchants were making profits in temples.

Jesus was an anti-establishment Jew from a very poor family. He advocated strongly for the redistribution of wealth, strengthening of moral values, and construction of a level society. He was crucified because he was a threat to the local government.
He probably would have been a Socialist and an Activist; not an American Liberal or an American Conservative.

Seeing as how he himself never says it's wrong to be gay, I kind of doubt it. Dude, I don't even think God in the Old Testament would do that.
Am I the first person to notice this is spelled "Jeuse"?

When he was a child, he killed another kid by magically making him age because he was bringing little sand sculptures to life and the kid started knocking the water and sand he was using. " 'O evil, ungodly, and foolish one, what hurt did the pools and the waters do thee? Behold, now also thou shalt be withered like a tree, and shalt not bear leaves, neither root, nor fruit.' And straightaway that lad withered up wholly."
Now maybe you can try and excuse that, but he also killed a kid just for bumping into him.
"Jesus was provoked and said unto him, 'Thou shalt not finish thy course' and he immediately fell down and died."
Don't mess with Jesus. I think he also struck a few people blind for telling on him about how he was doing shitty things with his powers.

I think that the Bible would be 1000% more interesting if these apocryphal stories were included.

Well technically liberals and conservatives did exist back then; they just weren't referred to by those labels, or if they were, it was in a different language but similar usage. There were people who believed that society should have changed, preferably in a drastic way, and some others who wanted to conserve cultural/political traditions while only allowing gradual, comfortable change. Just because the terms "liberal" and "conservative" weren't coined until much later doesn't mean that the people that were called by those terms didn't exist before.
The reason I brought that up was because I think if one has a comprehensive understanding and holistic grasp on Jesus of Nazareth's tenets, morals, and political/cultural views, one can make a solid and well conceived educated guess on his theoretical ideologic affiliation.
Even the most righteous, logically sound individuals are subject to poor reasoning skills and deluded mindsets.

Well the republican party back in those good ol'days turned into the democrat party around like 1820 or so so thomas jefferson was a republican but he was more liberal

The Republican Party was founded in 1854. Jefferson would been considered far left at the time.
