Messed up colours uploading .m4

When I upload my projects in .mp4 format the colour gets messed up. When I watch it in Windows Media Player or on Youtube the colour looks normal. But somehow when I upload it to Newgrounds it gets this orange tone to it. How could I fix this? I export my movies in Sony Vegas and that may have something to do with it since when I upload the original .swf files the colour looks normal. What should I do to fix the problem?

I finally got to take a look at this. I think it's an issue with the player, not the encoded video. I'm working to get that fixed now.
