Skilled animator wanted[Paid]

Gonna keep it short, I'm looking for a skilled animator for a 3 mins music clip. You will get paid eventually, as the whole idea of the project is making money at the end. I can promise you it's a very very big project, much bigger than you think when you're reading this.
