Then why does almost no country use 21 years as the milestone then? Its because teens arent idiots, the people who are idiots will do idiotic things either way. Its also why a lot of age related laws arent enforced much in most countries.

I accept this a surrender. I (and probably most everybody else here who isn't trolling) appreciate personal freedom just as much as you do,but I also understand that some kids are stupid, some kids are mature, and the simple fact is that a legal court needs to run on solid, irrefutable facts like "she is under the age that legally allows her to have sex", and not opinionated things like "he is very mature for his age, and I'm SURE that he understood what this meant".
