Penguins in the Military

For all those who think the American military is fucked up, my guess is you've never been to Norway.

Norway, the country who had the highest tax rates in the world in 1995, recently celebrated the promotion of one of their most celebrated military officers... I can't exactly recall his name, but I do know one thing about him... he's a penguin... and he was promoted to Regional General-Sargent (that may not be the exact rank, but never the less, it's dumb).

The celebration was held in private (so the Norwegen people could still have faith in their country's military).

Just remember, next time you bitch about your countries army, remember that at least your not in Norway...
