My Lol Tean Looking For Adc

Hey, my League of Legends team is looking for an ADC to fill the last spot on our roster. Our team name is Old Malaysian Fire Gods (We all have OMFG in our summoner names, will say more about how we started if anyone's actually interested), and we've been gaming together for about 6 months now. Until recently, we had a full team, but one of our members went and got themselves another job and can't make practices anymore.

We practice at 19:00 (-7:00 GMT, so at 20:00 on NG time) every Monday and Wednesday, usually on Friday, and have people on lots in between. We've played around 250-500 games together (really not sure, sorry), and are getting to the point where our synergy is improving greatly. I'm generally regarded as the "captain" of the team (But we really have no hierarchy) due to my technical skill arguably being the best (warding, MIAs, farming, pushing, e.t.c.), and fair amount of our gameplay revolves around me making calls/plays. We use the program Raidcall to communicate.

What this means for the player we're looking for is that they:

1) Need to be able to communicate with Raidcall efficiently

2) Need to be able to take orders (Note that I really mean this in the lightest of ways, I don't like sounding like I need the control but it's undeniable that a focused team plays better)

3) Need to have a good attitude (We prefer a cool person to a good player, as long as you have enough technical skill)

4) Need to be able to practice at 20:00 (-6:00 GMT) on Mondays and Wednesdays

Additional Information:

- Our Support is also very technically skilled, meaning you can count on him to know what he's doing while laning with you.

- We're not particularly sticklers for the meta. Obviously, we'll use it to frame our gameplans, but we switch it up often as well.

- We're super fucking cool with meeting new members. Don't mistake any reprimands you might receive as signs of hostility. When we're practicing, we're doing it to improve, so we'll make sure to call people out if they need it.

- We call Dragon Dargon (i.e. "darg pink 0945")

It's probably also worth mentioning that we all use the Purple Siege Minion Summoner Icon, this is in no way mandatory but it'd be really cool if you'd be willing to change that too :)

Not really skill requirements, but it's so, so, so highly recommended that you've played ADC for a while and know the mechanics to it, and also enjoy it because that will be your main role. With individual skill, 2/4 of us are at the point where we're learning intermediate/advanced mechanics whereas 2 of us are at a high-intermediate level.

Huh, you guys need an AD carry? That's like, the easiest role to fulfill, who knows though, I'm not very good so it might be much tougher in higher leveled games but where I play, just using fucking Yi can win you the whole thing, champs like Draven and Tryndamere also rape face, once they get fed, without proper team work, you're fucked, game over. Problem is, they're obviously squishy at the start, at higher levels, you might get shut down before you can even start if you can't get set up right. I, personally, suck pretty bad/ only do well with easy champs. LoL is still pretty fun to play every now and then though, too fucking elitist for me though.

What specifically were you looking in a AD carry anyways, like their role, gameplay wise?

Should have specified, but generally in high-level play ADC refers to ranged ADC (Caitlyn, Graves, Vayne, etc) even though there's a few melee AD carrues. We play at the level where Yi and Tryn don't so much rape face as much as they get shut down in lane phase and then CCd in teamfights, so I don't think you're quite what we're looking for, sorry :(
