I find this to be a rare thing in the gaming industry. The only games I count with a cartoonish graphics style areWind Waker, Team Fortress 2 and Ultimate Spiderman. I was wondering that the reason they aren't common is because a lot of games with this graphic style aren't too good? Anyway, what good games have you played with these kind of graphics?

Telltale's Walking Dead is an obvious one, if that could be called cartoony. Same goes for Torchlight.
Dragon's Lair isn't exactly what you're talking about but deserves an honorable mention.
You look nice today.
This guy brutally sodomizes me.
Cereal is pretty cool. If you're cool you'll add me on Steam. Also, Letterboxd.

The term you're looking for is cell-shaded game, rather than one using an realist shading technique.
What happens is that instead of creating a realistic fading shadow you just put a flat estimated shadow shape down, a good example is this notice how on the left the shadows realistically fade, where on the right they're kinda just averaged and thrown on.
Anyways, here's some of the best uses of this technology:
Borderlands
Catherine
Okami
SF4
Killer 7
Viewtiful Joe
Zone of the Enders

I wouldn't lump all cel-shaded games as being bad. Graphics don't make a game and I generally haven't noticed a trend of ccel-shaded games being bad. That's just me though.
I can think of a few games that were cel-shaded and pretty good:
Bastion
Borderlands series
Crackdown series
Dragon Quest VIII
Eternal Sonata
Tales of Symphonia
Tales of Vesperia
Wind Waker

Bastion and Borderlands 2 (Especially for PC, now that I grabbed it on the steam sale and enjoying it far more than I did on console) are incredible looking games.
Honestly not sure why people are mentioning killer 7. Everything other than the characters look bland and dull.

Adding to titles that have already been said; anything by Vanillaware.
Odin Sphere
Muramasa the Demon Blade
and soon to be released
Gameplay reminds me of a cross between Golden Axe, Gauntlet and maybe something like Castle Crashers. Such a sexy game, so excited man... I can't wait!

Play Dark Cloud. You can probably pick it up in the bargain bin for like 8 bucks in stores that still sell ps2 games.

Loadout looks pretty awesome, man!
Being able to create your own guns with numerous possibilities is an awesome game in my book. (Plus, somewhere around the end of the year, they will release it for free, as it is in beta right now, and you have to pay to play it now.)

Facy Pants Adventures. It's online, probably on here, and on PS3! But Walking Dead is on there. Don't get the Survival Instinct one, it freakin' sucks

I agree with a lot of these, especially Okami, Muramasa, and Dragon's Lair.
Nobody mentioned XIII, the Darkness 2, MVC 3, or DBZ Budokai 2, though. And I haven't played it, but Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo looks good. And judging from the demos I played, Steambot Chronicles, Klonoa 2 and FMA seemed good. And One Piece Grand Battle seemed okay.

Dark Cloud 2 fits this, but not the first one. It's still fantastic, though.

I realise that now, I was trying to understand if that was the kind of "cartoony" games he meant. I never said the two games I was mentioning were absolutely new and never mentioned before.

Alot of PS2 era games compensated with cartoon graphics.
I could name a long list but I assume you mean current gen games.
And if thats the case every indie game to exist in the PSN, XBLA, and Steam.
So further narrowing down your criteria I assume you mean triple A games.
So current gen AAA games
Hmmmm.
Persona 4 Arena
Persona 4 Golden
Ratchet and Clank Future
Gravity Rush
Catherine
TF2
Super Street Fighter 4
Marvel Vs. Capcom 3
Brutal Legend
Megaman 9 and 10 (maybe)
Super Mario Galaxy
Pikmin 3
Hmmm. Those are all the AAA games I can remember.
