I've played all three Penumbra games. Thy're rally quite mediocre, Amnesia was an improvement but still felt similar enough to make it boring for me.

I guess all I can say is MUGEN, since there are quite a few people at my school who play Half-Life Deathmatch and Counter-Strike.

People talk about "Minecraft! Minecraft! Minecraft!" and I just have to say (and I am a Minecraft player myself) fuck you! I play Cube World! Then they either go on insulting it or have to go Google that shit.

Anyway....any Nintendo 64 game (mostly Xbox players at my school and I got into playing games when I was about 3) and any PS3 game (see comment for N64 games).

And then they say things about Halo that I couldn't understand for the life of me which makes them rage.

Last remnant. everyone i know hates it, but i has a certain charm with me. Same for Infinite Undiscovery, And Yu-Gi-Oh forbidden memories.

I'm apparently the only one in my whole school who bothered with the Forza series.

ZiGGURAT is a fucking awesome little iOS game from a year or two ago that nobody seems to have heard of. I also somewhat recently played the incredible Barkley, Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden, which people should really be talking about more now that the sequel is on its way.

everyone at my college only plays cod but i told my buddys to come over one day and showed him and her games that i play games like yakuza Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic deus ex and the walking dead and it worked i converted to cod players they still enjoy it but they play games other than that now

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person in the world who's even heard of Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ for the Nintendo DS. A fun little shoot-em up in the same vein as Centipede and certainly more difficult than I was expecting (granted, I was never very good at such games but it is fun).

Likewise, I was probably one of the few people who picked up a SEGA 32X back in the day and played the Hell out of 1994's Cosmic Carnage/Cyber Brawl, primarily as Zena-Lan/Ray and Naruto. I recreated the latter with Mitsurugi's style in SoulCalibur V primarily to troll fans of that other NarutoâEU¦

I know this sounds scientifically, philosophically, and physically impossible, but in my circle of friends (which encompasses the entire school I go to) no one plays or has played Mass Effect (series), Halo (Series), Fallout (series), The Elder Scrolls (series), Resident Evil (series), Borderlands 2, Dead Space (series), Left 4 Dead (series), Civilization (series), or X-Com: Enemy Unknown. (Likely because there are only 500 people, including faculty and staff, at my school.)

Beyond that nightmare, many people I meet (Internet or otherwise) have never even heard of Brutal Legend, which I enjoyed very much.

The .Hack games seem cool. I played a demo for one of them and it gave me a good impression.

Every one of them. Most of my friends only like braindead Iphone games. What's so fun about flinging a fucking bird on pig castles over and over?

Got a new game to add here: Intrusion 2. I think I got it in a humble bundle, but judging by google it's not that well known. It's basically Metal Slug with physics which leads to awesome/hilarious situations. It's really short but I haven't had as much fun with a game in a long ass time. The first game isnt any where near as fun but it's available here on newgrounds ad the gameplay is vaguely similar (though very bare bones):

Intrusion 2 may seem dull at first but it just gets more and more awesome as you play it. The full version is 7.99 and you should definitely consider getting it in the next steam sale, especially if it could help make Intrusion 3 a possibility.

You can be good at soul calibur? Uh, nevermind, Persona 4 arena is a good one. If you don't know how to chain basic hits into unique attacks and into ultras, the quick combo system in persona will give you an idea of timing and trajectory. Aigis taught me how to use ground bounces.
