Lots of things are so bad that they're good for another reason, you can laugh at their low-budget, badly written glory.

If you like the irony of loving low budget, then watch this movie. (its only the trailer)

Yes, I always though liking something ironically was liking it because it was so bad, it was good
thats whats dumb
If it entertains me, I like it. Something can be bad and still entertain me.

whats wrong with just saying you like it? why do you have to deem it as as bad but you enjoy it? because it would be generally accepted as bad? i can understand if its funny that something doesnt hit its original concept, but if you enjoy something say it, dont backhand and backpedal

maybe the writing, acting, etc wasn't what was expected but if its enjoyable its enjoyable

But wouldn't it be more accurate if you were saying you liked it for how bad it is? I mean, there's a big difference between liking something for being bad and just having shit taste in something

no it's because of how internet culture has grown around the antics of children. dumb teenage girls say they like things ironically because they're obsessed with certain things and aggressively denounce things they don't like. so the real irony is saying you like something ironically, because that only indicates you're a big douche. you either like something, or you don't.

So what? There's less bad about black metal than there is about hip-hop.

When I say bad, I mean technically. Corny acting, corny scripting, lines, scenes or entire story arcs that make no sense, bad special effects, ect.

If judged based on what it was trying to be, it would be bad. If judged based on level of enjoyment, it would be good.

I use to wear nerd glasses ironically but then got a great idea. I'll NOT wear nerd glasses to show how I ironically don't like the ironic use of the nerd glasses while actually liking them. Only the truly ironic will understand me.

Now if you excuse me I HAVE TO GET BACK TO RIGHTING MY LENGTHY HEART WARMING NOVEL SET IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY. but it's no big deal and I hate it when people bring it up, its so embarrassing, that's why I write at this Starbucks everyday.

p.s. I've hiked through Europe once and took a picture with a poor kid, so I know what I'm talking about.

*tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap* "Where the FUCK is my coffee?!?" *tap,tap,tap,tap,tap,tap...*

words cannot describe how fucking awful it is to be one of the last people on earth who remembers what the actual definition of "irony" even means
