When I was eating inside the restaurant I saw a group of people running around, some of them in a methodical order. As I was done eating my food I exited the restaurant to see people jogging in front of me and all around the shopping plaza. As I was walking to the car, I just saw the happy faces on the people who were jogging. All of these people had the incentive to lose weight or have their bodies be in good shape. Not all of these people were overweight, in fact most of them were average weight. These were just people who benefit from the great joy of good exercise. They all had to be a part of the program for the Live It Up Wellness business, though.
It also sold smoothies and whatnot. Good stuff.
What exactly is your method of exercise? Whether it be something that you do daily, weekly, monthly, or even once in a long time. It can be a sport, too. I think it's a good idea to walk or jog at least one or two miles each day, which I do often. I also do recommend swimming as much as possible, and I do that a lot too. However if you live in a shitty place where it's cold too much of the time, then there's nothing wrong with exercising indoors either.

Oh wait. Yeah. I get it.
Well I think the name is kind of funny because it's ironic. I'm not big nor fat, and nobody would consider myself that. Also, my friend actually made this account and we shared it and then I started using it in 2010.
But yeah, Big Fat Kid.
I lift weights. I rotate between shoulders and triceps, back and biceps, chest, and legs. That's about it.
Sometimes I do abs or run but that's maybe like once a month.
twice a week 5 sets of 10 curls on a 175 dumbell
twice a week 5 sets of 100 push ups, sit ups and pushups dwith a 60 pound weighted backpack
twice a week 5 sets of 10 of those flapping things for your triceps with 20 pounds and 5 sets of shrugs with a 50 pounder
and sundays I take off. I really should run more often
Jogging, 10 km/day.
Sit-up, 100 times/day.
Push-up, 50 times/day
I'm planning to buy some home weightlifting equipments. For now I pretty satisfy with my muscles.
I simply go to the gym three times a week to lift weights and do some cardio. I probably walk a good five miles a day or so naturally at work and I ride my bike to work and back 5 days a week. (3 miles each direction) That being said I live such a lazy and fattening life that if I didn't do these things I'd probably be dead and I still get tired walking up the stairs so I'm in terrible shape IMO.
Ignore this signature.
treadmill/running outdoors, stationary bicycle, free weights, weight machines.
i don't lift heavy weights. just enough to stay in shape.
strangely, 8 times out of 10 my legs get fatigue before i run out of breath.

What? Noone said masturbation? I think newgrounds is broken.
Seriously, though, walking out next to the road or through a forest is awesome, if you live in place where you can do either of those.

I swim three or four times a week. That's it at the moment- I used to play a lot of badminton at a pretty high level, as well as football and water polo while at university, but since entering the world of work time and opportunity for such things are at a premium.
Hopefully I'll be getting back to badminton in September, and I'm looking for a 5 a side team to join (possibly at work).

loooool sarcasm.
And word semantics.
Oh, you.
Running, biking, swimming. I do a lot of arm and ab exercises as well. I also believe drinking lots of water and getting a full night's rest is vital to working out as well. Back in the day I use to ride my bike to all of my destinations. Added up to about 20 miles a day average at some point.
I usually rub my clit and cup my balls, burns quite alot of calories
A lot of squats, lunges, and walking. Situps pushups pullups. I can't do much yet but it's a constant process with your body's abilities. I've lost 124 pounds since 2008. currently 198

I usually go out for walks/runs every Monday-Friday night during the Spring and Summer. Though if it's raining kinda badly or something like that I tend to just stay inside. On Saturday mornings I get up at roughly 5 in the morning and have to go out and help deliver bundles and single newspapers til around 10.
I hate running but I have to do it (just swore in to the USAF two days ago, going to BMT soon!), so I run once and a while on a local trail, just to ensure that I can run a good 2 miles in a decent amount of time. I love walking though, and I walk miles and miles when I have the time. Other than that it's push-ups and sit-ups. Also, I have the opposite of a weight problem (I struggle to gain weight, even though I'd really like to) so maybe that's why I'm not motivated to run.
Someday I'll start buying gross protein shit and start lifting weights at a gym and maybe then I'll gain some muscle weight.
Walk a lot.
Don't bother with the bus just walk there.
Havent done much exercise in some time i used to go swim and go to gym 1 or 2 times a week and i am soon going to begin doing that again, also i dont go to gym to gain, muscle its more for just keeping me "fit" since i dont like the look of muscles ver much
Butt
Most day's I'm forced to use manpower to get around in the city I live in. I get the exercise I need, not intensive but also not inactive.
I really wish my lifestyle itself would be enough to keep me in shape, but alas, I don't need to fetch water or spit wood or do anything strenuous whatsoever.
So now I'm getting into the habit of running every day, accompanied by the usual pull ups and shit.
Go outside for a brief 10-15 minute long jog. Oh and I also have these two dumbbells that I lift sometimes. Yup, this is my exercise routine. It's not much I know.
Just chillin' like always.
