I can't upload any art

Hello, I had been trying to upload some art for a while now but I can't for the life of me figure out why I can't. It kept saying to crop my image. I am also confused by "Image must be between 16x16 px and 4 million px square."

I know that the filesize restriction is around 200kb? I'm trying to upload some pixel art I made.
The size is 352x79, 24 KB. This is the file in question is uploaded.

I also submitted a PNG version just in case I'm doing something wrong. But the thing kept saying I have to crop my image...but I don't see any lightbox or window that would let me crop the image at all. Can someone guide me?

Yeah, this is a known nonsensical bug that a few users occasionally get.

You could try clearing your web cache, since there might be some web history from NG that's holding it back. I don't know if this works or not.

Otherwise the way to get round it is to use a different web browser - if you're using Firefox, try Chrome, and vice-versa. I know this works, but it's solving the symptoms not the problem.
