Thats your opinion but i think they are mainstream because they are constantly played on mtv and the radio it has nothing to do if there good or not its "familier" to most people not "good" but im not into many of those bands.

i don't dislike them because they're commercial, i dislike them because they're shit. It's not cool to listen to classic rock, it's surely more cool to like MTV bands.
