It wouldn't exactly be that much different if Mitt was in office instead of Obama. The conspiracy nuts would do what they do best, {and possibly use his Mormon faith as a crux} and Congress will still be a cesspool of Democrats and Republicans bitching like 1st graders fighting over who gets the most candy or toys, go figure.

Honestly the Republican Party would rip itself apart further and quicker. Look at the state of the GOP now, Bohner couldn't even deliver on the votes he promised on several bills. What makes you think all of a sudden the Republicans would comes together and work harder under Mitt? If anything, there's a war between Tea Party conservatives and "RINOs".

Honestly, I think he was a better candidate than most of the other Republicians, but yeah, it probably would be different. We'd most likely be in Afghanistan longer. Mormons would be raised to a new level of praise, perhaps.

America would be better off now (I don't know about the near future, though) with Romney, as we would have taken a greater role in dealing with financial stuff, and we probably wouldn't be putting up with sequestration. Or it would be a sequestration that wasn't a meat cleaver approach and cut where cuts were actually needed!

As for health care...I can't say it would be better...

We wouldn't be online since we would be poor.
