Miller lite "punch top can"

What's the point of that? They claim punching this little hole in the top of the can makes for a smoother pour, but no one buys cheap canned beer so they can pour it in a glass. Kind of defeats the point of canned beer (that point being so alcoholic rednecks can more conveniently down a 24 case in under an hour). And I'm sick of ads going on about the can in general. You're selling beer, not aluminum, and fancy cans won't make your piss water taste any less bad.

Smoother pour when poured directly into your gullet. Only the highly refined palate of the redneck would detect such an anomaly. Finally the beer companies are being sensitive to our backwoods, backwards ways.

Look at it realistically, it's just a more convenient way to shotgun beers. If you don't like you are not obligated to use it. Don't overthink a commercial that's just raising awareness for a product that makes certain actions easier.
