Working with flixel.

I was able to get Flixel's library to show up in my project by setting up the library's directory in my projects classpath, but it still won't let me run the program. After the built fails the error says it cannot find flixel. Is there any specific way to install or manage Flixel's files before I can actually work with it? I'm new to this and need help. Thanks.
