Robot Day 2013 - July 10th!

Sorry for the late notice since it's just three weeks away, but we'll be continuing the annual Robot Day tradition this year!

If you have any desire to make a movie, game, artwork or song related to robots, it would be perfect to do it now and release it on July 10th. If it's good it will likely get featured!

Rules and prizes are posted on the Robot Day 2013 hub page.

To see how it all goes down, check out the 2010, 2011 and 2012 winners.

There are a bunch of robot themed submissions. Ya know robot games, robot videos, robot art, robot related audio submissions (which still confuses me o.O) and theres a robot themed background (like the Cathode Raybot one thats up now).

It's not as clearly defined as looking at robot-related art and flash submissions.

Do yourself and your ears a favor by looking up these tags in the audio search: rd2010, rd2011, rd2012, etc..

I would but the audio player on here has a habit of fucking up whenever I try to listen to anything which results in me needing to download stuff if I want to hear anything.

If you like chippy/dubsteppy stuff that kinda sounds like it. I just searched this one up a minute ago and I like it a lot. It's by LiquidOoze and here's the description so you know what you're listening to: "In an old abandoned laboratory, a robot has been sleeping for decades. I don't know why the flash player is messing up...you have the latest update of flash? If you have too many tabs open or things just running in general it does that to me sometimes, too.
