I can't delete old files, they just clutter up my hard drive. There's nostalgia behind old images and programs.

I know man, I know. I bought a 3TB external drive recently to be able to support my flash and my hoarding.

I'm the opposite and I can't stand any unnecessary files being on my computer even though my HDD is no where near being full.

I need a new external HD. I filled it with movies, music, anime, wallpapers, and porn. It only holds 200 gb, and I don't think Amazon even has anything less than 500 anymore.

When HD capacity got up to 2 GB, I started to collect data (outside of some mid 80's Apple floppies I still haven't converted yet). When NG was born, new computers were shipping with HD's well under 10 GB, and a lot of the mp3's, avi's and mpegs, were still meant for dial-up speeds.

But why do we hoard? Shit like this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_Alert_System and this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hurricane_sandy happens |:

Might want to get a bigger one, you might think "What am I going to do with 1TB?" but before you know it, its all gone.

I got 3TB for like $160, so if you're going for less space there are most likely some very cheap ones out there.
