I'm STILL working on getting my first job.
The only job I got offered was in Big Bear all the way up the mountain, and I'm frightened of driving up there.

How did you go about finding/acquiring the job? was the job hard to find? Was it easy to get in? How was the experience once you were working?

My first job was at a local fast food place called Flips. It taught me that I never wanted to be under a boss again, so it was a good experience.

New high school graduate, but I just can't decide for sure what I want to do. Sucks staying at home being bored as hell so you guys, as much as you may hate it be glad if you have a job and I you have your own disposable income.

Nervous as fuck. Fear of failing. Fear of stranger(s). Fear of pressures. I hate these moments.

But after these, finding job is like a piece of cake for me later on.

First job? Become a squire. Only then you'll unlock new ones.

I had a friend that was working there and he put in a good word for me so that definitely helped me get the job.

I got my first job working in turkey farming when I was 14, and worked there for 8 years. Was offered the job on halloween night. My second job working in the factories I was hired and working the same night I handed in my resume. I'm looking for a new job right now, haven't had the same luck though :-(

When you give head, do you refer to it as "sharking"?

Do you call yourself the "hammer head"?

When you and your homies jump a girl, do you call it the "Ganges Rape"?

Is the great white shark racist? If so, which one is more racist? The great white shark? Or "Shark Tale: The Great Race"?

Before the recession, I was able to get a job at the VERY FIRST PLACE I looked.

Since around 2008, every job I've gotten took DOZENS of times.

I got my first job through a temp agency, it has been a great experience and allowed me to save some much needed money for when I move in the future.

Finding a good job is all about connections, if you don't know people, you won't get the best jobs.
So go get around.

Try a temp agency.

Those guys find you a job and take a small portion of your income, but it's worth it if you're having significant trouble getting one as it is.
