Today I load up Fark.com and staring at me in the 300x250 ad is MY 15 YEAR OLD TIGER RICE COOKER.
It's like watching aliens try to figure me out.

I'm curious to find out how much rice cooker prices have gone up in the past 15 years... I think I got it at an Asian market and I don't think it was that pricey but probably wasn't very cheap either.

Yeah I bought a wall bracket for my TV a few months ago. I did a search, found the one I wanted, bought it and that was the end of it - or so I thought. Next few weeks nothing but wall brackets in all my ads. It's not the sort of product you buy that often really.
BBS Mod, PM me if you have something to report.

Dude, just steal like this guy in the riots. Or call me, I'm Asian, it's a fact that we Asians make good rice.
I got Tom to make a sig, bow down to me.

How frequently do you use it?
If it lasts 15+ years with normal usage, without needing any repairs then it may be worth it.
Then again, I'm not really a rice person.

You can use it to boil pot.

Oh neat I could just lean over the steam vent!
Nah, man that's just Google figuring you out. Use another search engine and use a mobile IP or a proxy or something. Also use a browser that lets you go into deep settings and prevent it from sending any information, I know you can do this with Opera at least.

Hell, I knew that before I signed up.
I once looked up a Mortal Kombat fatality compilation, then I began getting advertisements for suicide prevention programs and gore fetish websites. True story.
This happens to me too, but on a more broad scale. I bought some knives from BUDK and now I have their ads all over the gaff.
It's like those Staples ads that show me the exact same things that I've already looked at.
Seriously, what is the point?

Is that really all true? I'm not sure Google would forward gore porn ads, or porn ads at all. They clean up lots.
Why can't you cook like a normal person tom?
