Building Gaming Pc, Need Help!!!

Now listen, before you awnser the question which im about to ask you, please and i repeat PLEASE, leave your opinions, preferences and fanaticism at the door, what i need are cold hard FACTS! I know at this point i may seem like a total ass right now, but im seriously thinking about building a gaming PC. So here are the specs i think would be right for me in my budget, bear with me here :

Processor = Intel Core i5 2500k.
Graphics Card = Nvidia GTX 670.
RAM = 8 GB (RAM is pretty changeable so i can easily upgrade to 16 GB in the near future).
Storage = SSD is 128 GB for operating system then 1 TB for everything else.
Motherboard = Now this is the part i really need help in, I need a motherboard that is compatible with my graphics card and RAM, i have 8 GB for my planned gaming PC as you read before, so i wont be having problems on the RAM side of things, but still suggest me a good, affordable and practical motherboard.
Case ,Fan and power = I think any casing which is big enough for the components i mentioned and room for cooling would be good enough but i need advice on the power supply and the size of the fan.
Also i think inbuilt WiFi modules are necessary.
Mouse and keyboard ill decide for myself, i don't really need help in that criteria.
Monitor = Im thinking a full HD 1080p monitor which has the same shape as a LCD TV but much smaller.

So what do you think guys, are these good enough for a PC that will last about 2 years or more, and if you dont mind could give me a hint on what this thing could cost? Thanks.

Use this, it's an excellent guide, everything under the same price total is compatible and will give you some of the best bang for buck you can. Stick to this, do not buy a more powerful CPU then you need, the guide is golden.
