Events separate from collections?

I'm wondering if events should be separated from collections and be in their own category. The reason being is that a lot of the thumbnails in collections are quite static and haven't changed in almost a year now... and I'd really like to see events like NATA get some more exposure on Newgrounds especially to those who want to keep an eye on things and be updated on the progress of such events.

I'm just throwing out an idea here. Bash it or love it :)

I think the Collection page overall could use a big overhaul. You really only get a little slice through the main page, there's so much more under the surface that's not easy to access. A separate tab for events on the collection page, along with tabs for other forms of content? That might be nice.

Either way, busting Tom's chops about it in his FP Newpost, seems the only way. No telling if any of the staff who code the site, see what gets written here in the old Where is/How to section. Tom's the ram-rod, and hopefully he can get the staff busy taking risks, and putting in the time (and doing it on the same page, not just the same server!!)

You're probably right, though it is nice to see what others think on the same issues as well.
