...how would you feel about your position on the globe right now and what would your next major military movement be?
I am probably ignorant, but I feel like China is a powerhouse of military might right now. I feel like they are waiting for some sort of Western involvement near their borders to use as a justifiable excuse to enter an armed conflict without letting America take the moral high ground.
What do others think?

I don't think China wants to fight us on a battlefield. I'm sure that they'd be much happier letting our debts spiral out of control and essentially owning us through them.

What do they gain from war that they can't achieve through capitalism?

Oh, the ignorance.

Oh, the ignorance.
Exactly. I admitted my ignorance, stated my ignorant position, and now I reap the rewards of being exposed to other points of views. I call it "learning".
Additionally, I know that I should not just take opinions as fact, but now I have different points of view to investigate. Thanks! I'm just not a very creative thinker.

1) Mobilize the People's Army toward the northern tip of India.
2) Watch India react by mobilizing forces toward China.
3) Keep concentrating forces there, and keep watching India concentrate their forces.
4) Let the global media echo-chamber fuel the flames of a new Indo-Chinese war.
5) Invade Tajikistan. Hold a press conference saying, "Well, of course we were invading Tajikistan. What did you think we were doing?"
6) Embarass India.
7) Allow India to tone down its rhetoric and withdraw its forces.
8) Invade India. Hold a press conference saying, "Well, of course we were invading India. What did you think we were doing?"
9) India goes "FFFUUUUUUUUU-"
10) Formally seize the disputed territory and declare victory in a long, hard struggle for Chinese sovereignty.
Bonus: send Tajikistan a fruit basket for being such a good sport.

Except China and India already went to war, and China raped India terribly. But it didn't seize the territory, it just changed things back to how they were before the war. In fact it's India who wants territory from China, it's amazing considering that it's only a tiny portion of land in Kashmir. Well that's the PRC, the ROC (Taiwan) wants all of Mainland China + more.

The PRC government shall never mobilize a war unless PRC solve the grave corruption and the bubble economy. If PRO mobilize a war before it resolves them, the domestic political factions will be furious, cause the war will concern their political or economical benifits.

I would feel very confortable. I would just sit back and keep buying everything until I own the whole world by the pocket.
Keep preparing military in case someone realise they must destroy us when they still can. That military will be needed to repress trouble made by ''extremist fringe'' around the world eventually anyway. You know, terrorists, armed citizens, free thinker, artists, those pesky syndicates, someone who said something I don't like, people who search what they shouldn't on internet, and whoever is not my slave or member of the party.
Who will keep those in line after other countries will end up so poor and in dept they won't even be able to keep a correct military anyway? They will need me!

My mistake. I didn't read the information all that closely; I was just looking for a better gag than "china usa lolwut."
Plus step seven would never happen. Realistically India would keep its forces there just in case. And I doubt China has any good reason to take Tajikistan.
