Sort of new at this but basically when I try to use the brush in Flash well... This thing happens where my brush stroke gets outlined, as shown in the image I posted.
I don't exactly know how to resolve this issue, any ideas? they would heavily be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Either your layer is on outline or your onion skin is.. Lol.

Yeah, check the third box on the layer itself, make sure it is the full green box not an outline.
Checked the third box and I checked to see if onion skin was on. But I'm still having the same issue.
strangely enough the colors are showing fine in the library so I don't exactly understand what's going on in the screen window.

Does this happen on every new file you create? Have you tried rebooting the computer? I would hate to tell you to reinstall but I believe I saw this happen to a student at the school I teach at, and we couldn't get it to go away until the computer's were reset, like they are nightly.

Actually, I think I managed to solve the problem!
I messed around with flash a bit and I found that in the preview mode that it was set to outline, so I changed that to full and that solved that problem.
I suppose that it was set like that to default when I installed it.
Other than that thanks for all the help everyone. Even though I didn't need it as badly as I thought I did I'll be sure to remember what was mentioned in in this thread so I don't repeat the same mistakes.
