So you go here http://www.newgrounds.com/account, click this http://www.newgrounds.com/account/editprofile, change things around, re-type your password (once), hit submit... and it still comes up like the picture you have posted?
I usually get a 504 time-out similar to that, when I check my thread or blog responses on the Front Page, right below the News....

That error message usually means the server is a bit overloaded, maybe too many connections at once. Just try reloading the page when the error appears, and what VicariousE said ^. If it still won't work the admins will probably want to know about it.
