Women favored in divorce courts?

Is it just me or do divorce cases generally ends with women receiving the better end of the deal? Many times you heard about it on the news, it seems that way no matter what the situations are.

What are your thoughts on this?

I agree, there is biased behaviour among the court system in favor of females over males, especially in cases concerning the custody of the children. I think part of the reasoning stems from instinct, that gut feeling that the woman can better care for the children than the male partner. Reverse feminism, shit isn't right.

No not really....she was homeless for a bit and then moved to Kentucky where (as far as I know) she still lives.

The law favors women in general, especially when it comes to things like child custody and divorce settlements. Over 95% of divorced women receive alimony. Very few men are granted alimony and if they do, it's only temporary and they are more urged to get a job that women are.

I guess it's the whole nurturing and "weak" stigma that society has on women that we tend to have it easy when it comes to the law but yea I really don't blame men if they say they never want to get married.

I remember back in the summer or 89'. I was sittin outside with Betsy, when she fell on my brother's brother in law's crotch. I got angry as hell and beat the cock off of her face, beat the heart out of his chest. And then threatened her with beer bottle as she cowered in fear.

Women tend to get away with a lot of things like this, mostly due to the fact that they are considered to be more of a nurturing type who are around the kids more often than the father who generally has to work long hours before coming home, and yet some women use that as a crux against their husbands in a divorce settlement. Most of the time, it's a crock of shit that they get beneficial treatment over the husband, even if the mother is either an on-and-off drug user or religious hard-ass that won't let the children do anything.

This is one of the reasons why the Equal Rights Amendment was doomed for failure. {outside of political reasons} If women wanted to be treated fairly in all aspects of work and life, then they shouldn't try and take advantage of things that most men can't get away with even if they tried. I'm not saying that all women would do this, but there seems to be a lot of women who do such a thing, and most of them get away with a lesser punishment, if not completely go scot-free.

Bet those hardcore feminist scum didn't think about all that. {most of them don't think anyway} Maybe a trip to a hellhole like Syria will change their man-hating philosophy while dodging nerve gas and heavy machine gun fire, but I wouldn't bank on that.
